It used to be the most populated island in the ocean; many people moved there from other islands. And Kakau was people's paradise— a place where they could live happily without working hard. The Pacific Ocean is a dangerous and destructive place that frequently experiences earthquakes. Many people erroneously chose to live in Kakau, one island situated in the Pacific, because they believed the tremors wouldn’t affect them. But on a typical day like any other, when people were out doing necessary activities, an earthquake struck.

This earthquake completely demolished the buildings on Kakau Island. Fortunately, the island's inhabitants were evacuated before anyone suffered any casualties. However, their relocation made Kakau Island unusable for future habitation. Several decades later, the island is restored and inhabitable once again. In subsequent visits to the island, you decide to restore Kakau's capital city. Even though this place has caused significant damage in the past, players still choose to establish their home here. They should discard these obstructions and then begin constructing on their newly cleared ground. This process takes a long time and requires a lot of effort to complete.

After originally deciding to visit this island, you work to revitalize it by building new structures. Once everything on the island is cleaned up, you can begin constructing the first structures. First, new homes need to be constructed for people migrating to this island. As these buildings are completed, more residents will arrive. People need to satisfy their needs when the population level hits a certain threshold. This can be done by having restaurants with different themes like Chinese, Italian, and other options. Additionally, there are movie theaters, parks and other places for entertainment. In larger cities, players need to consider how to navigate between buildings. These considerations require money to fund additional road construction.

There's more than one island in the Pacific Ocean. Players can unlock additional islands with large monetary costs and create new civilizations in them. A new city needs to be created with a significant amount of funds and labor. Additionally, a bridge must be constructed that links the islands for easy travel between them.
