This versatile app lets you create custom forms and enter the data you want to capture.

Your forms can allow entry of text, numbers, dates, times, tick options, and drop-down lists of pre-defined values. Once you design forms, you can easily share them with anyone else using the app.

Entered data can be stored on your phone and shared with others as CSV files.

The app comes pre-loaded with two example forms: a simple s book, and a driving log book.
