Paper Ui is a theme made to follow the latest Google's design guidelines. The interface has been developed in order to eliminate dividers and separator, on a stock dark grey background with shiny colors. The aim is to provide a flat interface. All the details of the GUI have been themed, leaving all the icons stock based to have the usual look and feel.
It is developed to xxhdpi devices (such as the nexus 5). Different resolution will come in the next future.

How to install the theme:

the apk and install it
Go to settings/theme and apply Paper Ui theme
Reboot and you're done
