Freshui is a whole new experience for custom roms with substratum with fully refreshed ui . It can be installed and applied on any rom with substratum theme engine . You should be using a Custom Nougat ROM (7.1.X only) that has full for OMS for this theme to work. THIS WILL NOT WORK ON A STOCK ROM!!!
